Following the reorganisation of the central office, we are recruiting for a part-time administration post to support the Practitioner Team. This role will be based in the central office at Garton House, Brighton, once Government guidelines permit.
The Practitioner team role: We are looking for a self-motivated, confident Team Administrator with excellent organisation skills to be the first point of contact for our families, referral partners and practitioners. You will support the Director of Services with the maintenance of the confidential records relating to our clients. In addition, you will be maintaining the records relating to our volunteer team, staff training and family focused activities.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience working within a customer service environment. You will be able to quickly form good working relationships and understanding with colleagues and supporters. You will demonstrate strong IT skills, including experience of using a CRM database and Microsoft Office.
