Family Support Practitioners (6 roles available)

Thanks to successful funding bids, we are delighted to be recruiting 6 new family support practitioner roles to join our team. We are seeking 2 full-time and 4 part-time roles to work in various parts of Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a real desire to help families in need. All roles are home-based. The vacancies are as follows:

2 full-time roles (£25-30,000 per annum)

Horsham Family Support Practitioner

Contract: Permanent

37.5 hours per week (job share considered)

Hailsham Family Support Practitioner (covering Hailsham, Battle, Heathfield and surrounding villages)

Contract: 2 year fixed-term contract to start

37.5 hours per week – please note that we would consider splitting this role into two part-time roles as follows: 22.5 hours per week Hailsham and Heathfield, 15 hours per week Battle and surrounding villages

Rotherfield and Crowborough Family Support Practitioner

Contract: 2 year fixed-term contract to start
