We are looking to appoint to a new Practitioner in West Sussex covering the area of Storrington (including Pulborough, Steyning, and Arundel).

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join one of the oldest children’s charities in Sussex. As a Practitioner, you will work with a wide range of families and children. Referrals are received from a broad spectrum of schools, voluntary and statutory agencies.

Key responsibilities include identifying and managing own caseload, developing bespoke support services for each family, promotion and co-ordination of our service in the relevant area, developing support groups, drop ins and term and non –term time activity sessions, providing advice, guidance, support and counselling to families and individuals who are struggling with life.

The successful Practitioner candidate will have a social work degree and registered with the relevant social care council or with an equivalent professional qualification and registration. You will also have experience of working with children and families and providing support within a multi-agency setting.
